We will be open daily for dinner and the bar will be open late nightly. We will also have live entertainment ranging from blues to jazz to rock and everything in between. When there is not live entertainment in the bar we will be televising all college and professional sports games on our two brand new 50" HDTVs.
Spampi's prepares all menu items from scratch when they are ordered, using only the finest ingredients, imported pastas, homemade mozzarella, the freshest cuts of meat and fish butchered on premise, and unique as well as seasonally local produce to ensure that your dining experience is authentic and enjoyable. Our chefs combine Spampi's family recipes passed down trough generations along with elements outside the Italian realm by pulling influences from Asain, American, European, and Latin cuisine as part of our ongoing quest to redeine what Italian food can be.
Our bartenders and waitstaff specialize in all our original cocktails and can help you select the perfect wine, beer (domestic, import, or local, or cocktail to suit your tastes or meal. Thank you for choosing us. Buon Appeito.
Spampi's has been in motion for over 30 years. Spampi's started in 1978 when brothers Al and Ron opened the first Spampi's in Spring Valley NY. After five years of successful business with a clientel that included everyone from Paul Anka to the "Chairman of the Board" Frank Sinatra himself, they sold the restaurant to start families. Here we are 30 years later, and with the help of his family recipes, Al's son Rob has brought Spampi's back.
